CarMD listed the most common “check engine light” repairs for 2013. According to the list, here’s one repair that Jiffy Lube Bay Area can help you with:

Inspect Battery and Charging System and Repair/Replace as Necessary

Problems with the battery and charging system accounted for 2.54% of all check engine light repairs. As a general rule of thumb, your vehicle’s battery should be replaced every 3 years. Extreme hot and cold weather can decrease that 3 year lifespan.

Jiffy Lube Nevada is here to help. Our certified technicians will inspect your battery as part of the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change and offer Battery Maintenance Services to inspect, diagnose and fix/replace your battery and charging system as needed.
